White Plains, NY---Home Textiles Market Week, set for Friday–Thursday, January 23–29, 2009, offers buyers a selection of expanded resources, extended lines, and a myriad of other new products. The market will take place in New York City at the New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF) at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Passenger Ship Terminal Piers 90, 92 and 94, 230 Fifth Avenue and 7W New York. The market will include Best New Product Awards, industry-specific events and seminars as added value for winter market participants.
More than 500 better home textiles suppliers, featuring the newest bed and bath fashions, table linens, kitchen textiles, towels, decorative accessories, area rugs, window treatments and decorative fabrics, will present their lines to attendees.

Bedroom Redecoration Advise?
I'm 26 year old man whose bedroom is in serious need of redecoration!! Currently it has a dark blue carpet, navy blue balls and white trim.
Any suggestions for what colour to paint the walls? The blue carpet will be staying.
Only furniture is a mahogany 4 drawer dresser, black steel frame with glass shelving computer desk, and the bedframe is a dark wood color (chesnut maybe?)
I can paint the dresser/bed frame. The only thing that has to stay is the blue carpet. Id rather not have to paint the trim as well but it can be done.
please suggest paint colours and linens, pictures would also be appreciated.

Good for you for wanting to spruce up your decor! I think you'll have a pretty good time decorating around that carpet, as blue is a nice soothing bedroom color.
I think the easiest way to decorate a bedroom is to find a photo of a bedroom we love, then use that as our guide. We can get color schemes, furniture ideas, storage ideas, and accessorizing ideas from the right photo. Color schemes are especially hard, so it's great if some professional decorator has chosen a scheme you already like -- no expensive and time-consuming guesswork on your part.
So here are several hundred beautiful bedroom pictures for you. You might want to save your favorites to your computer, then narrow it down to one or two pictures. You can even print the picture out and take it with you to the paint store.
