Stir constantly, 5-10 minutes, until mixture forms a ball *add a little more flour if it isn't in a ball by then*. Taste and add s&p if needed. Put in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
When mix is cooled, roll into little croquettes. Dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs. Cook in oil until browned on all sides.
